Fig Leaves & Smoked Branch

This has an attractive aroma from smoked fig branches with ganache containing fresh cream flavoured by fig leaves. Many chef friends of mine often use fig leaves and branches for fish dishes. For instance, they put fish grilled with law temperature on fig leaves and it makes fantastic effect as if they used a special spice. Named for a Bible’s story that Adam and Eve used fig leaves to cover themselves, Genesis became very interesting chocolate.
