Double Black (Black Currant & Black Garlic)
Milk chocolate bars with inclusions or pieces

I blend freeze dried black currant and original black garlic flakes into the dark chocolate bar (63%) of Peruvian white cacao, Piura.
To maximize the flavor of two ingredients ultimately, I also add a little milk chocolate.
