In Japan, from the end of winter to spring, we enjoy a citron, kumquat.
Since the peal of Kumquat has bright aroma and high sugar content, we can eat whole fruit from peal to seed.
To ensure maximum daintiness of this fruit, I blend freeze-dried Kumquat and powder into homemade hazelnuts praline.
