Nut based pralines with milk chocolate

Hyuganatsu is a Japanese citron with fragrant peal and thick white pith between peal and flesh. So it’s a custom in Japan to have whole fruit from peal to seed.
In this chocolate, I use up whole Hyuganatsu and blend into homemade hazelnuts praline. This is the bonbon chocolat to introduce you unknown Japanese rich and brisk acid taste and bitterness.
