C.C.C.(Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat) has announced this year’s Award at
16PM on 31th Oct.in Paris.
Susumu Koyama has received the prize “Award Excellence” among 250 presented works.
His chocolates has achieved a perfect score(160points) by 8 juries.
From this year, the system has changed from 5levels to 3-point scale(Gold,Silver,Bronze).
Awards are given as “highest award”.”Excellence” is the greatest glory.
This is his 3rd awards(2011,and 2012 he had received the Awards).
With special commemorative programs and a 20th anniversary booklet, this year’s edition promises to be packed with countless highlights. Over 200 top chefs, both from France and a host of other countries, pâtissiers, and chocolatiers have been invited to participate, and over 200 exhibitors from all the world will assemble in a single place.
