Kaffir lime leaves

I believe citrus plants have great potentials not only on their fruits but also on their leaves. Above all, kaffir lime leaves originating in South East Asia have wonderful aroma. Seized by a desire to put the flavour into chocolate, I decided to use only its leaves. You will feel like a butterfly stopping on a citrus tree.
